What started in our living room with just the two of us has grown into Fratarcangeli & Associates, LLC, with our online hub at TrueNorthCrew.com.
Our journey began with an invitation to join a group of young professionals who were building careers during the day, but outside of work hours were entrepreneurs at heart—forward-thinking individuals who challenged the traditional path and wanted to create something of their own, develop new skills, and build a future with greater flexibility and opportunity.
Although our professional backgrounds were in corporate communications and real estate, we spent years building our business outside of our full-time careers. Through hard work, commitment, sacrifice, and a willingness to continually learn, we transitioned into full-time entrepreneurship more than two decades ago.
Today, we focus on relational commerce, business development, leadership training, professional speaking, and personally mentoring a select group of entrepreneurs each year.
